Overview

DeQ is designed with privacy as a core principle. The app connects only to your own self-hosted server. No data is collected, no accounts are required, and no cloud services are involved.

What We Don't Collect

• No personal information
• No usage analytics or tracking
• No device identifiers
• No location data
• No advertising IDs

How the App Works

DeQ connects directly to a server URL that you configure. All communication happens between your phone and your server over your local network or VPN. No data passes through our servers because we don't have any.

Data Storage

The app stores the following data locally on your device:

• Your server URL (to connect to your DeQ server)
• Notification preferences
• Device monitoring preferences

This data never leaves your device.

Notifications

Push notifications are generated locally by the app based on data from your server. No third-party notification services are used.

Third-Party Services

DeQ does not use any third-party services, SDKs, or analytics tools.
